National Youth Week

National Youth Week (or NYW) is an annual celebration of young people across Australia and means a range of fun and exciting events and activities are hosted around the Territory.

NYW 2016 ran from 8 to 17 April and was a huge success, with over 4800 young Territorians participating in over 70 events held across the Territory.

NYW 2017 will run from 31 March until 9 April. The 2017 theme is Dream Big!

If you're aged between 12 and 25 years make sure you get involved! NYW is the perfect opportunity to:

  • share ideas
  • attend events
  • have your voice heard on issues of concern to you
  • showcase your talents
  • take part in competitions
  • have fun!
